The Eden Snake Ring was inspired by the story of The Garden of Eden. The story goes that a snake whispered to Eve and tempted her into biting from the fruit in the Tree of Knowledge, which was forbidden. Snakes have long held a symbolic place in myth and ancient art. Their ability to to shed their skins as they grow played a part in why they were seen as magical, powerful, evil and also good... Depending on who was telling the story. Our ring is two snakes entwined into a take on the symbol for eternity. The soul is eternal and will continue to evolve over lifetimes here on earth ...or elsewhere.  We choose to bite from the tree and expand our consciousness and learning.  Recycled 925 sterling silver plated in 14K gold with genuine garnet stones on each snake head.
